A resolution authorizing a 2% pay increase for Fiscal Officer, Interim Service Director, Full-time Service worker, Village Secretary, and $.25 per hour for Abby Seufer commencing on January 7, 2022 and declaring an emergency. - Resolution No. R22 – (Rules Suspended)
A resolution declaring the submerged lands identified in the village’s submerged land lease application with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources are not necessary for the construction, maintenance, or operation by the village, county, or port authority of breakwaters, piers, docks, wharves, bulkheads, connecting ways, water terminal facilities, and improvements, and marginal highways in aid of navigation and water commerce and that the land uses specified in the application comply with regulation of permissible land use under a waterfront plan of the local authority and declaring an emergency. - Resolution No. R22 – (1st reading)
A resolution authorizing the Fiscal Officer to encumber and expend five thousand dollars ($5,000) to fund the Perry Joint Recreation District, including youth recreation and the Perry Senior Center, for calendar year 2022.
