When speaking with a representative from Spectrum, please let them know that North Perry Village has what Spectrum calls “Legacy Codes”.
Each residential address will be coded with a “BULK “ notation. The customer representative should then realize that most of us do not have account numbers.
Does your TV screen freeze with hundreds of pixels? Usually, a reboot (unplug, wait, plug back in) will restore proper service. If these freeze pixel screens continue, you might need a new cable box. Disconnect and take to the Mentor office (off Plaza Drive near Chuck E. Cheese) ask for a replacement cable box.
