American Legion, Perry Memorial Post 697 will host an American Flag Retirement Ceremony at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 17th at the Perry Joint Fire District Station 1 located at 3742 Center Road. All of the worn and tattered flags collected from the cemetery and the community during the past year will be retired. The event is open to the public. You are welcome to bring any worn or tattered flags for retirement.
