North Perry Village is looking for people to serve on their Income Tax Board of Tax Review Committee.
The term to serve is two years. The Income Tax Board of Tax Review Committee is approved by Council. The appointees may not be employees, elected officials, or contractors with the Village at any time during their term or in the five years immediately preceding the appointment.
This committee holds hearing when a taxpayer requests an income tax assessment to be waive or reduced when a taxpayer has not responded to a notice sent from the Tax Administrator which leads to possible legal action.
The committee is only provided the street name and amount owed. They will not be provided the name or street number.
