From now forward, when someone sells their home, they MUST close their spectrum account. Then the new owner can call in right away to set up their account, once the prior owner closes theirs. If the prior owner cannot be contacted, the new owner will have to jump through some hoops to set up the service. I can do nothing with it.
If the address is a new build, I have to add them to the account.
We need to put in the newsletter as a permanent reminder that when you sell your home, you are responsible to turn off your service.
