Spectrum Cable Channel Lineup

Spectrum Cable gave us a few tips to assist us with our questions related to Customer Service: The number to the Bulk Department is 833-697-7328. Make sure that you mention you are a North Perry Resident and you are under the North Perry Bulk Contract.

When speaking with a representative from Spectrum, please let them know that North Perry Village is in the Billing of the Bulk Department.

Each residential address will be coded with a “BULK “ notation. The customer representative should then realize that most of us do not have account numbers.

If your receiving a bill concerning DVR services please contact the above listed Bulk Billing dept. to have it removed or discuss options.

Also with our new services, Residents receive 2 of the following, either DVR box (not the service), Standard HD cable box or ZUMO (streaming box) it can be 2 of the same or 2 different options. As before each resident gets 1 Cable Internet Modem and WiFi Router.

If you are having billing issues that cannot be resolved with customer service, please call the Village Hall and we will help you.

Does your TV screen freeze with hundreds of pixels? Usually, a reboot (unplug, wait, plug back in) will restore proper service. If these freeze pixel screens continue, you might need a new cable box. Disconnect and take to the Mentor office (off Plaza Drive near Chuck E. Cheese) ask for a replacement cable box.
